Ludovica Villar-Hauser founded Parity Productions in 2016 with the goal of championing female, trans and gender expansive artists.
Parity is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit theatre, and is the only New York theatre company that ensures at least 80% of the creative roles--playwrights, directors, and designers--are filled with women, trans, and gender-expansive artists. Parity offers free tools to encourage the rest of the theatre industry to do the same.
